Pricing Information

The longer I spend on a piece, the more I charge. However, the time required is highly dependent on what is asked for. No work will begin until payment has been made. Here is a general guideline:

$50- Flat fee, includes one character render with simple background

$15- Each add’l piece of work that uses the same render*

$25- Each add’l character, this includes any pets, NPC’s, other characters, or multiple renders of your character

*A 150×195 avatar will be given free of charge with any piece. Additional avatars at any other sizes are $5 extra.

Extra charges- If I think something will take more time than usual, like a more elaborate background for example, I will express my concerns from the beginning. Any extra charges will be calculated on a case by case basis.

Getting started- Once you have looked over my work and pricing, and decided you want to commission your own piece of art from me, this is how you proceed. First you will need to fill out the following form:

Once I receive your request If necessary, I will request screenshots of your character(s) and discuss any questions that might arise. I will begin working on your art once payment has been received.

During the creation phase I will email you proofs along the way to make sure you like the direction I am going. Please let me know as soon as you see something you are not satisfied with. Major revisions once the initial design has been accepted will cost extra depending on the amount of time necessary to make the changes.

When you are completely happy with your package I will email you the final products. All items will carry my personal mark, but a link back to my site in your sig text would be greatly appreciated, though never required.

Refunds & Reworks

I do not offer refunds once the work has begun, but I will do my best to make you happy with the artwork I create for you. I do have my limits, and I will let you know if I think you want something beyond them before I take any money. Please make sure you have explored my site, and that you like my style of work before requesting a piece of art from me.

Artwork available

Avatars

Small images ranging from 60×60 to 100×120 that feature either a basic face shot or shoulders up view of your character. Size varies depending on the piece, or you may request specific dimensions if the board you
post on has set policies.

Signatures

Sigs may be either vertical or horizontal, and vary in size depending on the subject. Please let me know if the board you intend to post on with your sig has limitations on signature size, either in dimensions or in actual kb size. I tend to lean towards a very manageable dimension size anyway, but I would hate to make something for you that you cannot use at your board of choice.

Magelo Backgrounds

These are 800×600 and created specifically for use with the www.magelo.com character profiles. They feature your character, text, and special effects, along with framed areas that line up with your inventory.

Desktop Wallpaper/Portraits

Your choice of either an 800×600 or 1024×768 image to showcase your character on your desktop or perhaps feature your character on a web site. They are usually a similar version of what I would make for a magelo background, only without the frames.

Portraits, Prints, & More

I also take random requests, for book covers, promotional renders, and cards, etc. However, I do not have a set price for these requests as each case may vary by size and detail needed, and may simply require more time and work. If you are looking for this type of work, please send in the form as normal, and I will contact you to discuss further details.
